The coupling index (B and D) and the incidence of coupling (C and E) were evaluated in confluent cultures of LNCaP, LNCaP-C4-2, Du-145 and PC-3 PCa cell lines using the LY or DAPI. Each bar represents the mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments. For each experiment, the dye (Lucifer yellow or DAPI) was microinjected in at least 10 different cells.
