(E) Procedures for detecting palmitoylated HSP90: palmitoylated HSP90 was detected using an anti-HSP90 primary antibody after streptavidin-conjugated beads bound to biotinylated proteins were treated using the ABE method and separated using SDS-PAGE. Gray intensities of palmitoylated HSP90 were quantified using ImageJ software and normalized to the total amount of loaded protein. Data are presented as means ± SEM (n = 3 or 4 repeats, pooled samples from 12 mice per repeat), with the DMSO group serving as the vehicle control. A P-value < 0.05 denotes statistical significance
